Overview

ConductIQ ("we," "us," or "our") is a student behavior tracking platform for K–12 schools. This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when schools use our service.

Information We Collect

ConductIQ collects and stores information that schools provide in order to operate the platform. This may include:

  • Student records: student names, grade levels, school affiliation, homeroom assignment, behavioral incident records (including staff-entered notes), intervention plans, meetings, and progress monitoring logs.
  • Parent or guardian contact information: names, email addresses, and relationship information, when entered by the school for parent communications.
  • Staff accounts: names, email addresses, and role information for teachers, counselors, and administrators.
  • Usage and security logs: standard server logs such as timestamps, IP addresses, and page requests, used for security, troubleshooting, and service reliability.

ConductIQ does not collect Social Security numbers, biometric data, or student health documents. Some schools may choose to record indicators such as IEP or 504 status within the platform. ConductIQ does not store IEP documents or special education paperwork.

How We Use Information

ConductIQ uses information only to provide and support the services requested by the contracting school or district. This includes operating the platform features (behavior tracking, reporting, intervention support, and progress monitoring), maintaining system security, and improving reliability.

ConductIQ does not sell student data. ConductIQ does not use student data for advertising. ConductIQ does not use student data to train artificial intelligence models.

Data Sharing

ConductIQ does not sell student information. We share information only as needed to operate the service for the school, such as with service providers for hosting and email delivery. These providers process data solely on our behalf and only for the purpose of delivering the ConductIQ service.

Security

ConductIQ is designed with security in mind. Security measures may include encrypted data transmission (TLS), role-based access controls, and session management appropriate for shared school devices. Access to student information is restricted by organization and user role.

Security practices are periodically reviewed and updated as the platform evolves.

Data Retention

ConductIQ retains data in accordance with the school’s use of the service and our retention practices. For details about retention timelines, export options, and deletion after subscription end, please see our Data Retention Policy.
