Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

ConductIQ is currently in development. Availability is scheduled for the 2026–2027 school year.

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your school's or district's use of ConductIQ ("Service"). By accessing or using ConductIQ, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your institution.

Service Description

ConductIQ is a cloud-based platform for K-12 student behavior tracking, reporting, and intervention management. The Service is provided under an annual subscription agreement.

Permitted Use

ConductIQ is licensed for use by authorized school staff to track student conduct data for legitimate educational purposes within your institution. Accounts may not be shared or transferred to individuals outside your organization.

Data Ownership

All student and school data entered into ConductIQ remains the property of your school. ConductIQ processes this data as a service provider. Upon termination of your subscription, your data is available for export (see our Data Retention Policy).

Acceptable Use

Users may not attempt to circumvent security controls, access data belonging to other organizations, or use the Service for any purpose prohibited by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConductIQ and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damages related to loss of data, loss of business, loss of educational records, service interruptions, system errors, or inaccuracies in reports, analytics, or behavioral tracking outputs generated by the Service.

ConductIQ provides tools intended to assist schools and educators in recording and analyzing student behavior and conduct information. ConductIQ does not make disciplinary decisions and is not responsible for how schools or educators interpret or act upon information generated by the Service.

In no event shall ConductIQ’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to certain users to the extent prohibited by law.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to account administrators.
